About us

We've recently been made aware of a scam, where some scheme members are being sent fraudulent letters, claiming to be from us, asking them to claim their Fraud Compensation Fund payments. 
 
Trustees are responsible for contacting scheme members. Fraud Compensation Fund payments are paid directly to Trustees on behalf of the scheme; we do not contact members individually about these payments. 


Please note, the Fraud Compensation Fund would never request money or sensitive personal information from members. 

We’ve reported the scam to Action Fraud.
